The agents who obtain membership with RACC automatically gain access to Florida REALTORS® and Citrus County MLS. The MLS contains thousands of residential, vacant land, commercial, multi-family, business opportunity, and rental listings from Citrus County, FL.
Most of the listings of Citrus County MLS are within the MLS service area, the county of the same name. The MLS does not require property listings from cities outside of the MLS service area. Still, those listings will be accepted and included if submitted voluntarily by a Citrus County MLS participant. In consequence, Citrus County MLS currently services home buyers and sellers in neighboring Levy, Marion, Hernando, and Sumter counties.
