The Greater Southern MLS (GSMLS) was formed as one single MLS system that services the entire state of Louisiana and was founded in 2019. Several brokerages came together to form the Greater Southern MLS. Their mission is to “create an MLS that arms and supports REALTORS with tools, support, and service to be relevant, productive, and profitable.”
